These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website autoverse.ae and your purchase of products from Autoverse LLC-FZ (“Autoverse,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Use of the website
You may use autoverse.ae for the following purposes:
- Browsing and purchasing the products we offer
- Creating an account and managing your orders
- Contacting us with inquiries
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated scrapers, bots, or scripts to extract data
- Interfere with the operation of the website
- Submit false or misleading information
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who breaches these Terms.
3. Product information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, part numbers, compatibility information, and images on autoverse.ae are accurate. However:
- Images are for illustration; the actual product may vary slightly
- Compatibility information is provided as a guide; final responsibility for confirming that a part is right for your application rests with the buyer
- We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, and stock availability at any time
If you discover what you believe is an error in a product listing, please contact support@autoverse.ae before ordering.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices on autoverse.ae are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT is calculated and added at checkout at the standard UAE rate where applicable.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you complete your order
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination, as set out in the Shipping & Delivery page
- For in-stock orders, payment is processed at the time of order placement. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout
- For backorders and forward orders, payment terms are 100% in advance, and the order is non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed (see Shipping & Delivery and Returns Policy)
For business customers requiring a tax invoice, please enter your Tax Registration Number (TRN) at checkout. We cannot retroactively add a TRN to an invoice after the order has been processed.
5. Order acceptance
Placement of an order does not by itself constitute a binding contract. Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order — and a binding contract is formed — when we send you the order confirmation email.
For backorders and forward orders, the order is binding upon written confirmation of the quote and receipt of advance payment.
We may decline an order in the following cases:
- Insufficient stock and no agreed backorder timeline
- Inability to verify the payment or shipping address
- Suspected fraud or breach of these Terms
- Pricing or product description errors that, in our reasonable judgment, were material
If we decline an order, we refund any payment received in full.
6. Shipping and delivery
Shipping arrangements, delivery times, and charges are described on our Shipping & Delivery page, which forms part of these Terms.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you at the time of delivery. Once you (or someone at your delivery address) sign for the delivery, the products are your responsibility.
For damage occurring in transit, our process is set out in the Returns Policy. We review each case individually based on the evidence available.
7. Returns, refunds, and warranty
Our returns policy is described in full on our Returns Policy page. Warranty coverage on Engineered parts is described on our Warranty page. Both pages form part of these Terms.
In summary:
- All sales are final once shipped, except in the specific cases set out in the Returns Policy
- Backorders and forward orders are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-returnable once confirmed
- Autoverse Engineered parts are covered by a 6-month replacement warranty
- Genuine CAT parts do not carry an Autoverse warranty; manufacturer warranty is generally limited to their original distribution territory
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:
- Our liability to you for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, downtime, or damage to other equipment in which our product was installed
- Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law
9. Intellectual property
All content on autoverse.ae — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and software — is the property of Autoverse LLC-FZ or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Caterpillar, CAT, and related marks are the property of Caterpillar Inc. and are used here solely for the purpose of identifying parts compatible with Caterpillar equipment.
10. Privacy
Our handling of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will show when the most recent version was published. Continued use of the website or placing of orders after a change to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms, or from your use of autoverse.ae or purchase of our products, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
